If you fill out the contact form on this website, you provide your name, email address, phone number, what you're looking to do, and whatever you choose to write in the message field. That information is used to respond to your inquiry.

This website does not host a mortgage application. When you choose to apply or request pre-approval, you are directed to a separate application portal operated on behalf of West Capital Lending, Inc. Information you submit there is governed by that platform's and the company's privacy practices, not by this page.

How that information is used

Information you submit through the contact form is used to contact you about your inquiry and to discuss mortgage financing options. It is not used for any unrelated purpose.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, account numbers, or other sensitive personal or financial information through the contact form. Secure channels are used for anything required as part of an actual loan application.

Calls, texts, and emails

The contact form asks you to check a box agreeing to be contacted before it will send. Checking that box means Luke McCrea and West Capital Lending, Inc. may reach you at the phone number and email address you provided — by phone call, text message, and email, including through automated technology. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any text. You can also ask to stop being contacted at any time by replying to an email or by calling the office directly, and that request applies to every channel.

Your phone number and email address are used to answer your inquiry and to discuss mortgage financing with you. They are not sold, rented, or traded, and they are not passed to third parties for their own marketing. Agreeing to be contacted is not a condition of any purchase, loan application, or loan approval.

When you check that box, a record of the consent is emailed along with your message: that the box was checked, the time it was received, and the exact wording that was on the screen when you checked it. No IP address and no browser or device information is collected as part of that record.

Sharing

Information submitted through this website is not sold, rented, or traded.

It may be shared with West Capital Lending, Inc. and with service providers used to operate this website and deliver messages, and it may be disclosed where required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use it. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser that hold a randomly generated identifier so repeat visits can be recognized as the same browser. It records information such as the pages you view, how you arrived (for example a search engine, another website, or a link in an email), your approximate location derived from your IP address, and general device and browser information.

Google states that Analytics 4 uses the IP address to derive that approximate location and does not log or store the address itself. This site does not send your name, email address, phone number, or anything you type into the contact form or the calculators to Google Analytics, and it does not use advertising, remarketing, or conversion pixels of any kind. What is recorded about the contact form is that a message was sent and which of the listed options you chose for what you're looking to do — never the contents.

Because the mortgage application, the home equity applications, and the scheduling and review pages are operated by other companies, this site also records when a visitor clicks through to one of them, so it is possible to tell which parts of the site are useful. That record is the destination only, with nothing about you attached to it.

You can opt out. Blocking or clearing cookies in your browser settings, using a browser or extension that blocks analytics, or installing Google's official browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout will each stop this collection. None of it affects your ability to use this site, the contact form, or the application.

Third-party links

This website links to third-party sites, including the mortgage application portal and the client review platform. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not apply to them.
