California — home base

I was born and raised in Orange County, and it's still where I work every day: Costa Mesa, Irvine, Newport Beach, Huntington Beach, Tustin, Corona del Mar, and everywhere in between. Local knowledge matters more than people expect — knowing the agents, the escrow officers, and how appraisals actually come in around here is the difference between a deal that closes on time and one that doesn't.
